3. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and begin production.

We may refuse or cancel orders if:

The product is unavailable
Payment cannot be processed
Fraud is suspected
There is an error in pricing or product information

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on production and shipping location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse

We do replace or refund items that are:

Damaged
Misprinted
